Scalemint is a software platform that helps restaurants collect reviews, follow up with guests, and run marketing campaigns. We provide the tools; you are responsible for the content you create, the guest data you upload, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not use Scalemint for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must have proper consent or another legal basis to contact guests through Scalemint.

Scalemint is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may also delete your account at any time.

Scalemint and its content are owned by Scalemint LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our permission.

Scalemint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalemint LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page. Continued use of Scalemint after changes means you accept the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
